Full‑time position. We offer a market‑based compensation structure; the estimated salary will vary based on your work experience and qualifications. • Assume full administrative and clinical leadership of the Adult Behavioral Health Program, ensuring delivery of services to the community it serves.
• Oversee the scheduling of regular work hours (Mon‑Thu 8:30 am–7 pm; Fri 8:30 am–5 pm; Sat 9 am–1 pm) and manage flexibility for evening and weekend shift coverage as needed.
• Provide after‑hours crisis coverage and support for program staff.

• Master’s degree from an accredited social services program and full licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Eligibility for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential at hire.
• Preferred experience in a community mental health setting and familiarity with community resources.
• Certified Advanced Addictions Credential or ability to obtain a professional development plan through MCBAP within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Proficiency in individual, family, and group mental health and/or substance abuse treatment.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑tracking abilities.
• Capacity to handle crisis situations appropriately.
