POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Supervisor

The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor is responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the IDD program.

• LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan.
• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling.
• Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record.
• 1 year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents.
• 1 year with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities.

Experience in working with Waivers;
One year of experience in a supervisory capacity;
Experience with electronic medical record.

Ongoing

M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00. Full-time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
