Logistics Analyst (Job Code: 1372)

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within and between departments according to established production schedules;
• Review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules;
• Compile reports on inventory levels and costs;
• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications;
• Review documents including production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities;
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures;
• Support the requisition and maintenance of inventories of materials and supplies to meet production demands;
• Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions;
• Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments;
• Conduct transactional processes from factory to distribution center, making routine decisions using predefined decision alternatives with business impact;
• Provide analysis and reports through data processing and maintenance (Forecast, Routing, KPI, Container and Load management);
• Coordinate destination transportation operations to ensure execution and delivery of priority and KPI containers;
• Coordinate and execute special project transportation and ancillary services;
• Utilize knowledge of SAP WMS, SAP TMS, SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, DMAIC principles, RFID technology, Oracle SQL, Vendor Managed Inventories, RFQ/RFP processes, and Ocean/air/road shipments in duties;
• Document data collections to support department projects/activities;
• Consolidate inbound claims information to distribute to other departments to mitigate financial loss;
• Align with multiple vendors to execute transportation and handling of units;
• Work in a continuous improvement spirit within a highly matrix working environment.

• Education: Bachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
• Training: None.
• Experience: One (1) year in roles such as Logistics Coordinator, Business Logistics Specialist, ERC Sr. Associate, FEA Analyst, or related occupation.
• Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year use of SAP WMS, SAP TMS, SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, DMAIC principles, RFID Technology, Oracle SQL, Vendor Managed Inventories, RFQ/RFP processes, and Ocean/air/road shipments.
• Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
