About The Role

We are a leading national disaster restoration company providing comprehensive solutions to commercial and industrial clients affected by fire, water, and other disasters. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering high-quality restoration services with efficiency, precision, and professionalism.

We work closely with clients and insurance companies to ensure timely response, minimize risk, and streamline the restoration process. Our team is committed to restoring properties to pre-loss condition while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate
• Capable of estimating both fixed bid projects and time and material projects
• Responsible for managing projects exceeding $1M
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of restoration services
• Understand project scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality control
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify management of updates and challenges
• Provide appropriate field documentation including photo logs, graphs, and sketches
• Maintain strong attention to detail
• Work under time constraints to meet deadlines
• Available to work nights, weekends, and travel periodically as required

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of water damage restoration experience (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience (Required)
• At least 3 years of Xactimate software experience (Required)
