Position OverviewAs a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your success will rely on building long-lasting, service-focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and highlighting ROI using our proprietary analytics and reporting capabilities.
You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to build your client portfolio.
- Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within the territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions to help clients achieve goals.
- Build strong client relationships and prospect through regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of the office location.
- A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential.
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics.
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with customer experience focus.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.
- Self-starter who can work within a team and independently.
