. Associates in Store Support perform a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These roles require working cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operating with little/some supervision, being detail-oriented, and demonstrating strong time management and integrity while supporting store business objectives.

Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support customer order fulfillment and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with associates, vendors, and carriers.
• Work with a focus on store-specific business objectives and operational responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and take direction with little/some supervision.
