Veterinary Technician - Emergency Mid Shift

Overview

Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Veterinary Technician for our Emergency department.

3 x 12hrs OR 4 x 10hrs; mid shift hours available.
Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hr with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

• Triage patients and obtain history
• Identify patients at risk and initiate CPR
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters (jugular, central lines, PICC)
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases
• Work with other technicians and assistants to provide advanced medicine
• Mentor and train co‑workers
• Provide critical patient care and reunite patients with owners

• Licensed Veterinary Technician with experience in emergency or critical care
• Proficiency in advanced catheter placement and ventilator support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
