LPN Excel Internists (Full-Time) Days-Lathrup Village

• Contributes to the assessment of patients and assures the well-being of patients.
• Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Performs laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educates patients/families about disease treatment plan including self care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and follow up care.

5 Providers rotate at this location

BLS obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Licensed Practical Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.

Experience rooming patients

Phone triage/call backs/scheduling

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Minimum of 1 year LPN experience.
