Join our Lahser Hills Care Center team! Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest in technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: NEW WAGES! $39.80 - $43.65 per hour to start, PLUS Sign On Bonus $5,000 with EXPEDITED PAYOUT.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment.

• A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.

• 8 hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays. Full Time or Part Time available. Afternoons and Nights available.
