Registered Nurse - Post Medical Surgical Unit - Full Time - Midnights

Join Henry Ford Health to serve as a Registered Nurse on the Post Medical Surgical Unit, working full‑time midnights (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Location:

Henry Ford Providence Southfield Campus, Henry Ford Providence Hospitals.

Sign‑on bonus:
Up to $10,000.00. Benefits:

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
