Lead Plex Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Plex Analyst to join our global IT organization. This role requires expert-level knowledge of Rockwell Plex ERP and serves as a senior technical and functional leader across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Plex ERP implementations, enhancements, and system integrations
• Plan and execute ERP-related projects and initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Cybersecurity
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders
• Align Plex ERP capabilities with business strategy and operational goals
• Lead global design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Plex ERP
• Analyze and document current business processes and system usage
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization
• Stay current on Plex product releases, features, and manufacturing best practices

Support & Operations

• Oversee ERP system performance and stability
• Provide advanced user support and issue resolution
• Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Support ongoing system enhancements and scalability
