It Support Technician

Description

Looking to bring on an IT Support technician in Southfield, MI. This person would be the sole IT resource on site for the team and will be supported by the rest of their support group that sits around the US. The support necessary is mostly level one type issues surrounding Active Directory, password resets, helping troubleshoot applications, and general IT support of the users.

The environment is primarily Windows, but Mac experience nice to have. They will also need to have experience troubleshooting conference room equipment like audio/visual, and ensuring Teams conferencing works in the conference rooms being used.

They would love to train this person into more of an Administrator that can handle the day to day support tasks, but then also jump in and help with more advanced issues and any issues that can be resolved remotely to relieve ticket loads. The areas of upskilling would include:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southfield, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
