Looking for Commercial Supply Chain – T&A, 2TS to join us for a fulltime role in Troy, MI.

• Supply Chain Planning & Coordination:
  Develop and maintain supply chain plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Tracking & Analysis (T&A):
  Monitor supply chain performance metrics (inventory levels, lead times, cost efficiency).
• Use data analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on KPIs and trends.
• Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Negotiate service agreements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
• Technology & Process Improvement:
  Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain resilience.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  3–6 years in supply chain or commercial operations roles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
