Job Description SummaryThis position follows our hybrid‑friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In‑office days will be 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office. This position does require mandatory overtime during the peak months. As a Client Operations Specialist – Liquidations you’ll be responsible for processing client liquidation requests exclusively via email. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with numbers, and communicates clearly in writing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring client requests are executed accurately and efficiently, all while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
You’ll Do
- Process client liquidation requests with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate with internal associates and Financial Advisors via email only—no phone support.
- Follow strict procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Exceptional written communication skills (email is your primary tool).
- Strong attention to detail and a love for “money math.”
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high‑volume environment.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
- A proactive mindset—recent grads and career changers encouraged to apply!
- Accuracy and thoroughness in task execution.
- Familiarity with financial systems and client service workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
