• Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

• Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team.
• Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning and proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.

• Deep OLC Knowledge:
  Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team.
• Oracle HCM Fusion knowledge:
  Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning.
• Implementation Lifecycle:
  Proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Excellent client-facing communication (verbal/written) to build trust, set expectations, and articulate product details to non-technical US stakeholders.
• Project Leadership:
  Proactive issue identification, risk mitigation, and clear status reporting.
• Cross-Cultural Coordination:
  Proven success in bridging gaps and coordinating seamlessly between US stakeholders and offshore (India) team.
• Support Change Management:
  Change Management:
  Ability to understand the process steps leading to successful go-live and prior experience in mitigating resistance from stakeholders through collaboration.

• Oracle Fusion Apps – HCM.
• Experience:
  
  8-10 Years.

• The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
