OverviewAs a Service Now Consulting Manager, you’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in the rapidly growing area of Strategic Portfolio Management. The role is client‑visible, requiring the ability to motivate and develop your team while establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.
- Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services meeting business requirements.
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
- Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now SPM project, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Build and foster client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services.
- Apply strong business acumen to make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts.
- Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now SPM process implementations.
- Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject‑matter experts.
- Support pre‑sales efforts, including creating proposals and estimates.
- Document high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant Service Now SPM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications a plus).
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including base salary ranges from $142,600 to $261,500 (U.S.) and additional benefits such as medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
- A flexible hybrid work model for most client‑serving roles, with 40–60% in‑person collaboration.
