This role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations through EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and Success Factors).

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, drawing on EY’s integrated capabilities across tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementations. On engagements, you will work with key stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and design SAP and non-SAP integrations. As a Senior Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.

• Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and managing risk.
• Accountable for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects to meet objectives.
• Foster and manage client relationships, contributing to business growth through revenue generation and commercial relationship management.
• Engage in thought leadership, identify sales opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning to execution and closure, and manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation.

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen.
• Ability to assimilate new knowledge and lead SAP projects or work streams with quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and select appropriate methods to achieve results.
• Ability to recommend policy changes and establish procedures; exercise latitude in setting objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5-7 years of relevant SAP experience
• At least 3 years of experience with one or more SAP modules
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology advisory experience
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies)
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module
