Role Description

The Community Liaison will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and healthcare providers to expand Amber Home Health Care's services. Responsibilities include community outreach, promoting home care services, facilitating engagement with potential clients, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission to provide high-quality care. This is a full-time on-site role based in Southfield, MI, requiring active involvement within the local community.

We are expecting 50+ referrals a month.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach to effectively connect with and educate different groups and organizations.
  • Proven Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster trust and build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and partners.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Home Care services and related healthcare processes to communicate offerings and address client needs efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in healthcare, community outreach, or related fields, and a valid driver’s license.
