Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines
Pay Range:
Split pay model $55 - $75 Billable / $30 Non-BillableScheduling Options:
Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
Part-time (15–29 hours/week)
Weekend and evening cases available (optional)

Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
