This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Southfield, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage loan needs, analyzing credit and financial data, and providing recommendations tailored to clients' financial goals. The role involves collaborating with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to manage loan applications from initiation to closing while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in the Mortgage Lending industry
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and lending practices
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Working knowledge of regulations and standards in the mortgage industry
• Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the real estate or home financing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional mortgage or financial certifications are a plus
