The Center currently serves over 1000 families and oversees over $2B in client assets as of December 31st, 2025.

Our team focuses on comprehensive financial planning – this means we review and provide advice on virtually every aspect of one’s financial life.
Responsibilities- Prepare for client and prospective client meetings, serving as the final set of eyes before passing off to the lead planners.
- Attend and take notes for client meetings alongside lead planners.
- Handle meeting follow-up for lead planners (letter/e-mail, entering tasks, and taking ownership of planning-related follow-up items).
- Tackle standalone planning projects, tasks, and research for clients and lead planners.
- Assist in building initial financial plans and attend presentation meetings with lead planners.
- Seek out ways to improve efficiency with our planning process.
- Write timely blogs and develop content and present webinars for clients and/or prospects.
- Lead recurring annual projects for the Financial Planning Department.
- Ensure the data integrity of planning-related items within CRM and the firm’s client database.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in specific financial planning areas.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the firm’s Initial Financial Plan and Annual Review process.
- Evaluate and explore the fit within our firm of the resources Raymond James provides.
- Serve as the technology expert in the financial planning area.
- Attend and actively engage in the firm’s regular Monday meeting of all financial planners.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Must be fully licensed with Series 7, have the 63, 65, or 66, and MI insurance license.
- CFP certification or willingness to complete within one year.
- Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible internal and external client experience.
- Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and working styles.
- Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Base salary commensurate with experience and reviewed annually.
- Incentive compensation up to 30% of base salary.
