** This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office. This position does require mandatory overtime during the peak months.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring client requests are executed accurately and efficiently, all while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.

**** What You’ll Do
*** Process client liquidation requests with speed and accuracy.
* Communicate with internal associates and Financial Advisors via email only—no phone support.
* Follow strict procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
* Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

*** Exceptional written communication skills (email is your primary tool).
* Strong attention to detail and a love for “money math.”
* Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment.
* Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
* A proactive mindset—recent grads and career changers encouraged to apply!
