Senior Financial Analyst

Prepares, researches, and analyzes financial and utilization information to support the department.

• Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provides guidance on business issues including financial and profitability analysis. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity, requiring ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
• Serves as a consultant to assigned areas of the organization to support the financial goals and objectives of Spectrum Health.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

• Master’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or related work.
• Formal or informal leadership experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Michigan.
