Your role .Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Business development activities to drive the growth of the practice in the marketplace through proactive reach outs to bankers, attorneys, and referral other sources
- Assist with financial and operational assessments of clients
- Develop 13‑week cash flow forecasts and monthly integrated financial forecasts
- Project management responsibilities include accountability for periodic client status reporting as well as billing and collecting fees
- Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C‑suite individuals to acquire and assess relevant data for financial analysis
- Analyze financial statements to determine the sustainability of performance and evaluate assumptions inherent in client business plans
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field is required
- CPA, CTP, CIRA designations preferred
- 12 plus years of total experience, with a minimum of 5‑7 years of recent or current experience with a restructuring consulting practice
- Successful track record of generating new business from referral sources
- Technology skills required to work proficiently with firm systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20 to 30% overnight travel
