Overview
Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager dling tax in a large, sophisticated organization, applying knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, and devising strategic outcomes for complex issues. You will lead teams, work in a highly collaborative culture, and support career progression within a globally connected network.
Responsibilities- Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, communicating effectively with colleagues to provide up-to-date tax advice for a diverse client base.
- Engage in a variety of tax planning projects and responsibilities for clients, contributing to strategic outcomes for complex issues.
- Apply knowledge across a range of tax areas and processes to deliver meaningful business insights and value to clients.
- Develop clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients’ tax activities.
- Research clients’ business operations and build long-lasting relationships to tailor advice to their specific needs.
- Supervise and develop a motivated team, ensuring members have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to reach their potential.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge in real estate tax topics, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring.
- Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market.
- A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization; technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills and willingness to question existing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- CPA qualification or membership in a state bar.

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
