Client Services Representative –

Location:
Southfield, MI (Hybrid).
Hybrid role: onsite 3 days per week and WFH 2 days per week. Wednesdays and either Monday or Friday are mandatory; the third day may be chosen by the new hire.
Work Schedule:
10:00 – 19:00 CST with 1 hour lunch. Must be logged in at 9:00 AM. Attendance policy: no more than 2 tardies or unexcused absences within a 30‑day period.
Contract position. The role is temporary with potential extension or conversion (not guaranteed). Laptop provided.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Resolve general inquiries (e.g., username/password resets, address or phone number updates).
- Document call activity using the proprietary system; documentation expected while on the phone.
- Respond to inquiries or complaints received via phone, correspondence, or face‑to‑face contact about the bank’s products or services.
- Review and research requests or problems to gather necessary information from policies, procedures, or practices.
- Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments and inform customers of standard procedures or resolution.
- Follow‑up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction, determining best methods to resolve issues while adhering to company policies.
Experience Level: Expert level; call volume 50‑60 calls per day with peak up to 80 during tax season.
Training: 1‑2 weeks of onboarding and mock calls; no script usage—rely on SharePoint guides.
Performance Monitoring:
Calls will be randomly listened to for quality, compliance, documentation accuracy, and call time to ensure focus on quality over quantity.
Pay range: $26.50‑$26.50 per hour.
