• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise to sales and service representatives regarding plan design and compliance
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues related to qualified plan administration
• Monitor current market conditions and industry trends to facilitate informed discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance
• Subject matter expertise in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and related correction programs
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
