As the Senior Manager, Sales Planning Operations
, you will define and implement projects, processes, and tools to support expanding analytics capabilities for the Sales Planning and Forecasting team as Lucid’s portfolio grows.
- Definition and integration of industry data to enable improved data analytics capabilities.
- Support the team with industry and market expertise on internally-developed tools, processes, and reporting.
- Support integration of NA Lucid sales delivery forecast data with company-wide or cross-functional IT tool implementations related to S&OP and LRP.
- Define and implement initiatives to improve global integration of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with cross-functional teams as part of the S&OP and LRP volume planning processes.
- Ensure scalability of current or newly-developed processes and tools for future portfolio growth.
- Enable the team to expand data analysis and forecasting scope of growing Lucid portfolio and expanding markets and segments.
- Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, product, supply chain, and data engineering teams to ensure consistent, reliable data and drive effective decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting on sales planning, forecasting and data insights related requests.
- Master’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of proven experience in sales planning, industry forecasting, product planning, competitive intelligence or related roles in the automotive industry.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset to identify and develop initiatives that streamline tools and processes, improve data quality, and reduce inefficiencies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, data visualization, forecasting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions and analysis results to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, market trends, and industry data benchmarks.
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range

Compensation is location-dependent and considers factors such as knowledge, experience, education, and the responsibilities of the role.
