The Agent Experience Manager (AEM) plays a key leadership role in shaping how our agents experience our brokerages every day. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and office leadership, ensuring our agent services teams are supported, our tools are used effectively, and our marketing efforts consistently reflect our brands, culture, and standards.

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Southfield, MI, with in-office collaboration with the Marketing team once per week and regular travel to offices across Michigan, with more frequent travel during the onboarding and relationship-building phase.
What You’ll Do- Train, coach, and align service standards across our branch agent services teams to ensure a consistent high-quality outcome
- Create, implement, and continuously improve the agent onboarding experience
- Ensure team is confident and capable in using our tools, systems, technology, and processes
- Analyze agent feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
- Act as a connector and problem-solver bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to agent-facing services
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate operations, agent services, or marketing
- Previous leadership or people-management experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Canva
- Strong understanding of real estate workflows, MLS systems, transactions, and agent marketing
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence without formal authority
- A service-minded leader with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
