Accounting Manager – Growing Organization

We are seeking a Corporate

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting
  , including general ledger, month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Develop and maintain internal controls to support accurate and timely reporting
• Monitor month‑end close process to ensure deadlines are met
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff to strengthen overall team performance
• Partner with operations and project leaders to analyze results and provide financial insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business decisions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Experience in a multi‑entity organization strongly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and support both strategic and day‑to‑day needs
