Accounting Manager – Growing Organization
:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building processes, mentoring a team, and driving accuracy across the accounting function.

Compensation

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Manage job costing activities, ensuring accurate project tracking, expense allocation, and profitability analysis
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to support accurate and timely reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff to strengthen overall team performance
  • Partner with operations and project leaders to analyze results and provide financial insights
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
  • Strong understanding of job costing, project accounting, and full-cycle accounting
  • Experience in a growing or project-driven environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support both strategic and day-to-day needs

Marketing Qualifications
  • 2+ years' working in marketing/brand management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
