Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire, Security, and CCTV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems, CCTV surveillance equipment, and access control solutions. Your work will play a critical role in protecting assets, personnel, and property while delivering high-quality service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern security and life-safety technology in a fast-paced environment where your technical and mechanical skills will have a direct impact.
Responsibilities- Service and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras, security sensors, access control systems, and low-voltage electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fire alarm panels, CCTV equipment, sensors, and alarm systems using hand and power tools
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation and records
- Proven experience as a service technician or installer specializing in fire alarm systems, security systems, CCTV surveillance, or related fields
- Strong electrical knowledge, including low-voltage wiring, sensors, use of power tools, and reading electrical schematics
- Mechanical knowledge related to fire safety equipment installation and maintenance is a plus
- Hands-on experience in field service operations within commercial or industrial environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of low-voltage experience (required)
- English proficiency (required)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
