- The Auto Club Group as a Travel Sales Agent and help clients plan unforgettable vacations—no prior travel experience needed. We’re looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
- Competitive base pay + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- Average annual earnings up to $40,000 - $87,000+ (based on experience/tenure)

- Generate new sales, retain existing members and grow ACG’s book of business
- Drive new business with competitive products and retain The Auto Club Group’s 14+ million members
- Establish and grow relationships with AAA Members to maximize their experience and usage of benefits
- Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals
- Sell cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, travel insurance, AAA credit cards, memberships and related services
- Prepare complex and/or large-scale travel packages
- Complete reservations and advise clients on documentation requirements
- Make necessary travel arrangements and process documents
- Receive and address customer concerns through resolution
- Ask for referrals and grow a client book using the AAA ACG lead system
- Proactively learn and utilize AAA ACG digital tools to achieve objectives
- Serve our members by making satisfaction a priority
- Maintain an open, honest and ethical work environment

Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
- 1-year business to consumer sales
- Strong sales skills with a history of developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads
- Advanced consultative selling techniques with thorough product knowledge
- Strong phone sales and prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer focus
- Ambition, motivation and drive
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to grow a personal book of business and repeat clients
Work Environment
This is an in-office position. Employees service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.
