This is a full-time, on-site role for an RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) Supervisor, located at our facility in Southern Pines, NC. The RVT Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinical setting, including managing veterinary technicians, monitoring patient care standards, and coordinating treatment plans. Responsibilities include assisting veterinarians during procedures, maintaining medical records, training staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

• Proficiency in animal patient care, surgical assistance, and administering medications
• Experience in leadership, team management, and staff development
• Knowledge of veterinary protocols, safety standards, and diagnostic equipment operation
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• At least two years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician
• Valid RVT certification and relevant state licensure
• Flexibility to work in an on-site setting with a passion for providing exceptional animal care
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
