Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and an interest in functional medicine. As an NP at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and supporting patients in achieving optimal health through personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating both traditional medical treatments and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic, nutrition-centric approach to patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive health measures, lifestyle modifications, and dietary changes to promote overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in both primary care and functional medicine.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care
- Interest in functional medicine with a willingness to integrate its principles into patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
- Certification or additional training in functional medicine
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Job Types: Full or Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
