Overview
Obtains basic vital signs on patients (weight, BP, EKG, etc.). Triage patient phone calls. Monitor lab results/report these to provider. Review test results with patient as instructed by provider. Manage prescription refills with patient/pharmacy/physician. Oversee patients' charts for appointment (make sure all records are in chart/referrals in chart/any test results in chart)/ Pre-load information into Epic. Make sure patients are appropriately scheduled according to guidelines.
RN Degree and current NC or Compact State License required. BLS certification required. Minimum 2 years experience in nursing required. At least 1 year of clinic experience preferred.
