As an LCL Road Freight Operator, you will play a key role in managing our Less Than Container Load (LCL) operations.

• Coordinating and processing LCL shipments from start to finish
• Liaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Managing documentation and compliance for all shipments
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Monitoring shipments and proactively updating clients on status
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics, particularly in LCL operations
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality
