Project Worker - Complex Needs

Job Title:

Project Worker (Temporary - 3 Months) Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour (including holiday pay)

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Contract:

Temporary (until end of March 2026) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and resilient Project Worker to support clients in a supported housing setting. The role focuses on helping individuals understand and manage their support needs, develop independent living skills, and progress towards more independent accommodation.

Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive needs and risk assessments Develop and review short-term and long-term support plans Support clients to build life skills, social networks, and access education, training, or employment Deliver key working and one-to-one support sessions Support tenancy sustainment and carry out housing management duties Work collaboratively within a recovery-focused framework , including the SHP Opportunity and Recovery Programme Shift Pattern Monday-Friday on a rota basis Early shifts: 8:00am - 3:30pm Late shifts: 3:00pm - 10:30pm One week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts Essential Requirements Experience working with vulnerable adults or complex needs Ability to complete risk and needs assessments Flexible approach to shift work Resilient, creative, and client-focused approach Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
