Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee complex and high-sensitivity fostering assessments
Provide specialist advice, consultation, and professional guidance
Produce clear, evidence-based assessments and realistic care plans
Ensure statutory compliance with fostering regulations and National Minimum Standards
Support and supervise staff, promoting high standards of practice Requirements

Recognised social work qualification and Social Work England registration
Completed ASYE with a minimum of three years’ post-qualifying experience
Practice Educator status
Experience or strong knowledge of fostering practice and trauma-informed approaches
Proven ability to supervise staff and oversee complex statutory caseloads
