Business Development Manager – HVAC Products
Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products, a field sales role focused on high-quality mechanical ventilation & heat recovery systems.
Industry sector: HVAC, Mechanical Ventilation, Building Services, Housing Developers.
Areas to be covered: London, South East & East Anglia.
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + 20% bonus.
Benefits: Electric company car or £450 car allowance + comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of mechanical ventilation & heat recovery systems.
- Sell to and generate specifications with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, building services consultants, architects, contractors, specifiers and housing developers.
- Develop relationships with various national electrical wholesalers.
- Handle typical projects ranging from £50k - £500k depending on project size (e.g., high rise residential, apartment blocks, hotels).
- Must have sold to M&E consultants & M&E contractors, building services consultants, main contractors and subcontractors (not essential).
- Must have sold HVAC products such as ventilation products, ventilation systems, heat recovery units, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units etc.
- Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Genuine hunger and desire to achieve.
- Results orientated and energetic.
