The Role

Your core mission is simple:
win instructions and grow the business
.

You’ll own client relationships from first contact to onboarding, combining sharp phone skills with confident face-to-face appointments. Half your time will be spent prospecting, nurturing, and setting appointments
. The other half will be out on the road valuing property, targeted touting, and attending the occasional viewing.

This is a results-led role with clear KPIs, strong commission, and real autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Winning new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Handling and nurturing clients from first contact to instruction
  • Booking and attending valuation appointments
  • Delivering confident, professional market appraisals

    Targeted canvassing and touting in key areas
  • Building long-term relationships with vendors and landlords
  • Converting leads into onboarded clients
  • Hitting (and beating) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Managing your own pipeline and momentum
