Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site Sales Administrator position based in Southend‑on‑Sea, Essex.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing customer orders, providing administrative support, assisting with sales operations, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.
Day‑to‑day tasks include
- Processing orders
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinating with sales representatives
- Ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks
- Experience in a sales/merchanting environment with knowledge of stock allocation
- Ideally, textile and/or tailoring knowledge
- Strong IT skills, including proficient use of Outlook and other Microsoft programs
- Strong communication skills
- Well organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to learning new software (full training will be provided)
