We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled CNC Miller to join a well‑established and respected company. This role involves programming, setting, and operating 4‑axis CNC machines (XYZ), as well as working with manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Due to expansion and the acquisition of a new machine, we are looking to enhance our team with a competent engineer who is eager to grow and develop their skills.

• Program, set up, and operate 4‑axis CNC machines.
• Work with manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders to produce precision parts.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues to avoid downtime.
• If initially a setter, receive training to advance to a programmer role.

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with the ability to program, set, and operate machinery independently.
• Familiarity with 4‑axis CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work precisely and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills to progress from setter to programmer if required.
• No specific background required, though experience in precision engineering is advantageous.
