Deputy Manager – Your role will involve supporting staff and people supported, taking full responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support. You will also work with governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in disability services, adult care, children's care and education.
