Deputy Manager – Kenway Court, Southend-on-Sea

• Provide support to staff and residents, ensuring a high quality of care and support.
• Develop and implement systems and processes for service delivery.
• Collaborate with governing bodies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure compliance with standards.

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in adult care and managing a community‑focused residential setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Birthday card and one day off on birthday.
