• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 13:00pm - 17:00pm
• Saturday, Sunday - 12:00noon - 16:00pm

• £12.50ph - £13,000 per annum
• Free on-site parking
• 20 hours per week

• Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Execute cleaning duties with precision and attention to detail, enhancing the luxurious ambiance of our property.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the premises, including swift removal of any graffiti.
• Utilize professional techniques to clean carpets, preserving their pristine condition.
• Document reported defects and implemented remedial actions, coordinating external contractors when necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is meticulously maintained and operated safely, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage inventory and procure replenishment stock to uphold our elevated standards.
• Prioritize safety, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations and COSHH guidelines to safeguard residents, staff, and the public.
• Participate in relevant training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
