Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations expertise, who can hit the ground running? My client is looking for a hands-on, empathetic HR professional to join their People team and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the go-to HR advisor for Line Managers, supporting tricky casework as well as day-to-day HR queries.
• Managing full ER casework end-to-end, applying solid knowledge of employment law.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with managers, staff, and unions.
• Providing guidance across multiple sites
• Supporting wellbeing and mental health initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing full ER casework, preferably in a public sector environment.
• Confident working with unions and staff at all levels.
• Ability to listen empathetically, challenge appropriately and provide balanced advice.
• Proactive, can-do attitude – someone who can quickly make a difference.
