We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team at Eco Wings and Nights Ltd in the Shoeburyness area. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services tailored to young adults with additional needs, aligning with our mission to empower independence and personal growth.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence.
• Oversee medication administration and health & safety procedures.
• Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence.
• Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in senior care management or a similar leadership role within assisted living or care homes.
• Strong knowledge of Autism, Learning Difficulties, physical conditions and challenging behaviours.
• Excellent leadership, supervision, and team-building skills.
• Relevant management qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
• Ability to develop effective care plans and manage medication protocols.
• Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in social care settings.
• Experience in managing budgets and operational planning.
• Candidates must have good English communication skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
