Night Registered General Nurse –Southend-on-Sea
Our client is seeking a Night Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide expert nursing care in a specialist residential care home supporting adult’s with physical and intellectual disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-driven environment.
The Role
As a Night RGN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care during night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
Administering medications in line with professional standards
Supporting residents with complex needs and promoting independence
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure continuity of care
Candidate Requirements
Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in adult nursing, preferably in residential or disability care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
