About

The Role

You will support staff and people, taking full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
  • Kenway Court is a residential, community‑focused care home in Southend‑on‑Sea supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities, with nursing support for those with complex needs.
  • We take a person‑centred, flexible approach, recognising that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different.
